Spooktacular Fun Awaits with Free Crafts at O2 Centre
To celebrate the spooky season, O2 Centre is hosting free Halloween Craft Workshops this October half term for the whole family.
The frightfully fun drop-in sessions will be held on Tuesday 29th October and Thursday 31st October from 10:30am – 4:30pm and are available for kids of all ages and sizes.
Visitors are invited to unleash their creativity and get hands-on with an assortment of free craft items. From eerie potions and cauldrons to quirky gonks and wicked witches, the mix & ‘mash’ decorations promise to keep families ‘spellbound’ for hours as they get into the Halloween spirit. Once crafted, families can take home their creations to display in all their ghoulish glory this Halloween.
Ant Foran, Centre Director at O2 Centre, said: “We know it can be a challenge to keep the kids entertained during the October half term, but our free Halloween craft workshop is sure to do the trick. We wanted to offer an event that families can get involved in together and enjoy making their own spooky decorations. We can’t wait to see all the ‘boo-tiful’ creations!”
What’s more, the centre will be hosting several creative workshops throughout the October half term holidays, supported by local arts organisation, Koppel Collective. Open to all ages, the free workshops include:
- Saturday 26th October from 11am - 3pm – Drawing and community stories with Alketa Xhafa Mripa
- Monday 28th October from 11am - 3pm – Painting with Annie Ashwell
- Wednesday 30th October from 11am - 3pm – Blanket knitting with Craft Forward
