Fortnightly Belly Dance Classes in Blackburn
Belly Dance is not just about dance. It is fantasic exercise too, but it doesn't involve a gym which can sometimes feel laborious.
Belly dance is fantastic exercise because it uses all the muscles in the body. It is also great for improving posture, balance and co-ordination. It improves mental well-being, helps to destress and so much more.
Because belly dance is soft on the joints, it is suitable for young and old alike, and you can work within YOUR limits. If you have an injury you can work around it.
I am super excited to be offering these workshops, in a beautiful new venue. They are listed as being 2 hours in length, but there will be the opportunity to have a short break for a drink and to socialise.
