For the first time ever, I am joining up with Music 2 Calm the Soul for a try out - belly dance followed by a sound bath.
Belly dance is a beautiful art form with so many benefits, including imporived posture, balance and co-ordination, a sense of wellbeing, it's fantastic exercise using all the muscles in the body, it helps to decrease the risk of osteoporiosis, AND because it's soft on the jloints it's suitable for young and old alike.
Sound baths are a fantastic way to unwind and de-stree after a stressful, full day. You can lie back, immerse yourself in sound, and even fall asleep if that's what you need.
This is a trial which I would LOVE to see succeed.
You can choose to attend one workshop or both, the choice is yours, but booking is required.
