Britain's What's On Event Guide
Ticket's now available for Ealing Broadway's popular Santa's Grotto
Santa and his elves are back at Ealing Broadway by popular demand this festive season, with the magical return of the Santa’s Grotto.
From Saturday 16th November until 24th December, Santa’s Grotto will be open on select days for little ones to share their Christmas wishes with Santa himself, with all children receiving an early present from the great man to start spreading some festive cheer.
The grotto will be a festive wonderland for the whole family to enjoy, with light-up candy canes, large glitter stars, North Pole-bound mail sacks, and snowmen
Families are welcome to photograph the special moment themselves, but a professional photographer will also be on hand to capture each child’s magical moment. The photos will be available to purchase after the visit as a printed keepsake, as well as in keyrings, baubles or snow globes – making the perfect Christmas gift for a loved one.
For those needing a calmer experience, quiet sessions are available to book each Sunday 11am – 11:30am, designed to reduce the anxiety of the event for children with autism or additional needs.
Andrew Rollings, centre director at Ealing Broadway, said: “Over the years, Santa’s Grotto has become a firm favourite with shoppers here at Ealing Broadway, including a visit from His Majesty The King himself last year. It’s a great chance for families to be dazzled by the magic of Christmas.
“We’ve no doubt it will prove to be popular once again so encourage families to book ahead of time to secure their slots. We’re also looking forward to sharing details of our returning Christmas market very soon.”
Tickets cost £7.00 per child, plus a £1.50 booking fee per family – all sessions must be booked in advance: www.ealingbroadwayshopping.co.uk/news/make-a-wish-with-santa-tickets
