The King's Birthday

Horning Amateur Theatrical Society (HATS)

Rehearsals are underway for the annual pantomime’ ‘The King’s Birthday’ by Scott Meacock.

Inspired by Elvis Presley and his love for music. Follow the story of a young man who wants to be a singer and earn some money for himself and his sister. However, the evil Colonel has a plot to kill the king and take over the throne. But who will take the blame. Featuring songs from the one and only King of rock and roll - Elvis Presley - to help tell this tale. You might be a little shook up and crying like a hound dog, but I’m sure it will be fine. So long as you boo the bad and cheer the good.
Performance dates are Thursday 16th January 2025 (evening show at 7.30 pm), Friday 17th January 2025 (evening show at 7.30 pm), Saturday 18th January 2025 (evening show at 5.30 pm) and Sunday 19th January 2025 (matinee show at 2.30 pm) and will take place at the Village Hall in Horning, Norfolk NR12 8LF
