About this Event

FREE taster session with the Cambuslang Rock Choir

If you are pondering whether there is a 'pop or gospel choir near me' then you may be interested in the local Rock Choir.

The Glasgow Rock Choir is led by vocal teacher Gordon Robertson. It's our privilege to take a minute to tell you about our unique sellout O2 arena event in 2013 and our secret singing flash mobs around country for Comic Relief (just search 'Great British flash mob' on YouTube!), but at Rock Choir we know it's not just about the unique huge events, it's about our choir members singing in the community. Join your local Glasgow Rock Choir to become part of this 'national phenomenon' (as described in the Sunday Times) and discover a whole new world of opportunities to sing and make friends!

With no audition process, no need to read music and no pressure to sing live or perform until you're ready, Gordon's expert tuition will guide you through our unique arrangements of your favorite pop, Motown and rock hits from the 1960s to the latest 2024 chart songs. Whether you're joining to make new friends, find some time for yourself or even find the courage to sing on a stage, the fun and relaxed atmosphere at our rehearsals will really boost your spirits and leave you with a natural high! Book your FREE taster session (and book a 'scaredy' friend as well! at www.rockchoir.com.

Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir is fab! Three part harmony, choreography, fun and laughter! I leave on a total natural high each week!' - Leslie (Rock Choir member)

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
