6-week Wellbeing Journaling Workshop

Create more positive, calmer you and increase your sense of gratitude & happiness with this 6-week Wellbeing Journaling course. Rediscover your inner artist and love for creativity and over the 6 weeks build a journaling habit which helps you with sleep and focus.

We will be creating journaling pages from scratch using scrapbooking and art materials, we will doodle and hand-letter in our journals. Each week we will explore different self-care topics.

There is a power in sharing the space and journaling together.

This course is designed and led by Bettie Honc, creator of Wellbeing Journaling.
