Tai Chi & Qigong Montgomery
Weekly Tai Chi & Qigong classes in Montgomery Powys on Wednesday afternoons. I teach a mix of Yang Style Tai Chi short form and Foundational Qigong. These gentle and enjoyable exercises focus on relaxation, circularity, flexibility and balance with a deep internal focus that can help take you out of your head and into your body.
I also teach Qigong in Craven Arms Shropshire, as well as Aikido in Chirbury and Whitton.
