Half Term: Under The Sea* (*65 Million Years Ago)
Grab your snorkel and whizz back in time to 65 million years ago to discover prehistoric Royston – and the bottom of the sea we now call home! With hands-on activities, crafts and much more, there’s plenty to keep your kids entertained this February half term. (£3 per child, Free for Friends of Royston Museum)
Plus, we've teamed up with Dodo and Dinosaur for a fun colouring competition! Colour in the prehistoric underwater scene and be in with a chance of winning an Extraordinary Extinct™ Pencil Case and free drop-in school holiday activities at the Museum for 2025. Plus two lucky runners up will also win free drop-in school holiday activities.
Tourmaline and the Museum of Marvels Trail
Join us for the Tourmaline and the Museum of Marvels Trail, organised by Kids in Museums and Little Tiger. Search for Tourmaline, her friends and an assortment of magical objects hiding in the museum. Complete the spotter trail and get a Tourmaline sticker! (Free)
We'll be open for half term fun Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm from Saturday 15 to Sunday 23 February.
