Pendle Hill Walk 7th June
Join Trainee Mountain Leader Ilaria and Trainee Lowland Leader Julia for an exciting walk up Pendle Hill, the tallest Hill in Lancashire. This iconic hill is not only steeped in natural beauty but also in the fascinating history of the Pendle Witches. The views are sublime!
What to Expect:
A scenic 6-mile circular walk through Julia’s old stomping grounds in the South Pennines.
Fantastic views and plenty of opportunities to soak in the history and legends surrounding this area.
A relaxed, friendly group atmosphere with experienced leaders to guide the way.
What to Bring:
Appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.
Drinks and snacks (Preferably in a ruck sack) keep you energized along the route Preferably in a ruck sack
Good Footwear
And your camera
There is a cafe for after the walk to sit, relax and enjoy a cuppa
