Half Term Adventure Camp
Join UWC Atlantic Experience’s 5-day, non-residential adventure camp for children aged 8+ (recommended for school years 3-6) this February half term.
Led by the Atlantic Experience team, the course is designed to develop and enhance your self-confidence, problem-solving abilities and teamwork through exposure to a series of challenging adventures in a relaxing and fun-based environment.

Monday 24th Feb - Team Building, Pool Games (On Campus)
Tuesday 25th Feb - Adventure Walk (Off-site)
Wednesday 26th Feb - Caving (Off-site)
Thursday 27th Feb - Climbing (Off-site)
Friday 28th Feb - Sea Caves and Coastal Walk or Bushcraft (Off-site or On Campus)
Please note, all activities are weather dependent and the safety of the group is paramount. We will aim to ensure that all activities listed take place throughout the week, but the days/activities may be subject to change.
Our instructors have been trained to a high standard in the activities that are being offered, this includes first aid. Instructors will provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the participants to be able to challenge themselves and develop a wide range of skills whilst having fun at the same time. UWC Atlantic Experience is registered and holds current licences for The Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA). Adventure activities licensing ensures that activity providers follow good safety standards and management practices.
Suggested daily packing list:
Wear warm clothing suitable for taking part in adventure activities (group will be outside all day)
Hat and gloves
Scarf/neck gaiter
Wellington boots
Trainers or walking boots
Complete change of clothes each day (including underwear)
Water bottle
Packed lunch and snacks
Small rucksack to carry lunch and spare clothing
Personal medication
Swimwear and a towel
Please provide a packed lunch, snacks and sports bottle to be re-filled throughout the day.
