Are you ready to join Dan Scott, the founder of Fore / Adventure, on a seashore scavenger hunt in Studland? You'll get to forage for coastal plants, hunt for the best Dorset seaweed, and even search for razor clams. Dan has been featured on TV shows like Sky, ITV, BBC, and Channel 4, where he shares his knowledge of wild plants with famous chefs like Gordon Ramsay and John Torode.
During this adventure on the Jurassic coast, you'll learn which wild species are safe to eat, how to harvest them, their medicinal properties, and how to cook them. The best part? You'll end the day with a delicious soup on the beach, made with one of the wild ingredients you found.
This exciting experience costs £55 per person (minimum age 12) and includes all the necessary equipment.
