New eco homes launch at All Saints Gardens, Barrington
A local housebuilder has announced that more than 100 new eco-friendly homes will be built at a popular Barrington development.
Commuters and families looking for a new home in the area can now find out more about Redrow South Midlands’ latest homes at All Saints Gardens, on Haslingfield Road, which will include a range of 110 new eco-friendly homes for sustainable living.
To launch the new homes, an exclusive event will be held on Saturday 8th March, from 10am-5.30pm. Everyone is welcome to join the sales team at All Saints Gardens for drinks and nibbles, where they can learn more about the new eco homes. Visitors will also be able to take an exclusive tour around the Leamington Lifestyle show home.
The new phase will bring a mix of 110 two, three and four-bedroom Eco Electric homes to the development, including Redrow’s Heritage Collection favourites – The Marlow, The Leamington Lifestyle and The Richmond.
All of the new homes in the collection will be eco-friendly and designed with innovative low-carbon technology – including cost-effective initiatives to help customers save on their bills. Air source heat pumps and underfloor heating across the ground floor will be fitted as standard in line with the housebuilder’s goal to reach its target to achieve Net Zero across the whole business and supply chain by 2050.
