Keyworth housebuilder to host Readymade Weekend

Three years after construction began, more than 115 homes have sold at a popular housing development in Keyworth.

The Redrow at Nicker Hill development will provide more than 150 new homes for residents, and with 75% of properties already sold, the development is growing into a thriving community and proving popular with families. Now, only 34 houses remain available to buy and Redrow Midlands is celebrating a successful sales period .

Redrow at Nicker Hill offers a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection. All homes boast spacious layouts that are perfect for entertaining guests, as well as generous gardens and ample parking spaces, with a garage included with each property.

To celebrate over 75% of the homes being sold, Redrow Midlands is hosting a Readymade Homes Weekend across Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March, from 10am-5.30pm, showcasing homes that are available to move into immediately. Homes reserved across the weekend will come with a range of incentives.

With the Stamp Duty Threshold changing for homebuyers from 1st April 2025, Redrow Midlands is committed to helping people move quickly to avoid higher fees with ready-made homes that can be moved into before the changes take effect.

Redrow at Nicker Hill is situated in the thriving suburb of Keyworth and offers a rural village setting while being located just six miles from Nottingham city centre. With lots of green open space nearby and a variety of high-quality properties available, there’s already a thriving new community at Redrow at Nicker Hill and it’s the ideal place to set up home and raise a family.
