Your friendly local Mold choir is run by Flintshire based musician Rebecca Broadbere. We have a great year lined up and we would like to invite you to join our choir and take part in the local Mold and wider Flintshire community. We are the Mold rehearsal of the trailblazing Rock Choir. We often team up with the other local Flintshire choirs to perform in larger groups. These inspirational moments are unique to the Rock Choir experience. It's unbelievable and you can still join the choir.
Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! - for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'), there's a place for you in the Mold Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see what all the fuss is about!
Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir is great as it has given me the opportunity to sing again without the constraints of a formal choir. The pieces are broken down so you are able to learn them and you can also download songs to practise at home. Its a great way to release the stresess of life. Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
