Viajante87, the Notting Hill gem part of Thesleff Group, is continuing its ever-popular series of hosting the best bars and restaurants from across Latin America, showcasing the region’s vibrant food and drink cultures to London. On Monday 31st March, the award-winning bar will welcome Puerto Rico’s legendary La Factoría and Chef Raúl Correa for an exclusive one-night-only experience.
For this special evening, diners will have the opportunity to taste a selection of dishes from Chef Raúl Correa, the celebrated chef from BaCoa Finca + Fogon. Known for his contemporary approach to Puerto Rican cuisine, Chef Correa masterfully blends traditional island flavors with modern techniques, creating a menu that is both bold and refined. His culinary philosophy showcases the vibrant ingredients and deep-rooted food culture of Puerto Rico, making this a rare opportunity to experience his cooking outside the Caribbean.
