Digital Detox: Forest Yoga and Forage

Start the month of May outdoors with our Forest Yoga and Forage event in collaboration with Olivia (@ullasanayoga). Often, we navigate through life on autopilot, not realising how much of our time (both work and personal) we are spending on screens. Meeting at the Lagan Valley Regional Park Visitor Centre at 8am, we encourage you to unplug from the outside world with a stroll to a secluded area of the woods where we will enjoy a 60-minute yoga class (including breathwork and meditation) beneath the rustling canopy of trees. After our grounding yoga practice, we will then embark on a guided foraging walk with the park ranger, learning about the local flora and fauna within the Lagan Valley Regional Park. The event will conclude on-board the old barge at the visitor’s centre where we will enjoy light refreshments. Attendees should wear comfortable walking shoes and warm layers for yoga as it could be cold when we begin. Please bring your own yoga mat or email Olivia (olivia@ullasanayoga.com) to borrow one - limited number available.
