Garden of 1.6 acres with large duck pond, lawns, ericaceous beds, dry bed, orchard, vegetable garden, big greenhouse, wood and wild areas of grass and trees with many wild flowers. Large dry stone wall topped with flower beds with rose arbour. 3 ponds linked by a rill in flower garden and large pergola in orchard. Set in farmland and mainly flat. Many interesting and rare succulents.
