Lower Farmhouse - Open Garden for NGS
Medium sized North/South walled garden with a pond and small stream running through it crossed by 3 bridges. A central path leads through a wysteria and rose tunnel passing lawns, pond, rose garden and herbaceous border. Then over the stream to the fruit tree and fruit bushes area and a small formal seating area. In the garden there are several mature trees of interest including 4 grown from acorn/fruit stone/fir cone.
