Shipley Gardens - Open Garden for NGS

Nestled in the heart of Yorkshire, Nab Wood, Shipley is where you can find our four suburban gardens, opening to celebrate Bradford City of Culture 2025. As a starting point on Staveley Rd BD18 4HD with ample parking you will find an acre garden, a plant lovers delight surrounding the house with mature herbaceous borders, a collection of cornus & roses. At 27 Staveley Rd, the beds are enveloped by lush formal lawns whose owner invites you to walk here barefoot! They also have an interest in growing plants from seed resulting in plants for sale. Glenhurst Rd, has an abundance of acers & bamboo. A collection of hostas including miniatures & mouse. Finally, a small hidden gem of herbaceous borders tucked away on Nab Wood Rise (no parking available).
