Approx 1 acre, developed by present owners since 1987. Part of the old hamlet of Harry Stoke. Formal area with pond, gazebo, herbaceous borders, clipped box and yew, 300 yr old yew trees, wedding cake tree, magnolias, eucalyptus, Indian bean trees, ginkgoes. Vegetable garden, greenhouse, orchard and meadow. Spring bulbs and blossom. Six bin compost system and 'dead hedge'.
