Coveney & Wardy Hill Gardens - Open Garden for NGS

Four medium sized gardens, in the fenland parish of Coveney overlooking Ely Cathedral. Whilst passing through Coveney, do visit the C13 church and award winning wildlife churchyard. The gardens, this year, are all in Wardy Hill where there is a welcoming free cuppa and cakes to buy at Hey Chapel, which has winding paths to view the cathedral and a splendid vegetable garden, down through a series of rooms with arched roses and wildlife ponds. On the Green 1a, is a new build house and garden with a more modern feel of arbours, interesting herbaceous borders and water feature. Across the Green is Toadsacre, acres of Heritage Orchard and mature tree walks with a Potage terrace and an ideal place for another cuppa.
