Burton Village Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Only 2 years old, 4 Burton Manor Gardens is a tiny gem. It has everything you could want in a garden, interesting shrubs, a herbaceous border, cheerful pots and even tomatoes in the greenhouse and some veg. Close by is Burton Manor Walled garden with period planting and a splendid vegetable garden surrounding the restored Edwardian glasshouse. Paths lead past a sunken garden and terraces to views across the Cheshire countryside. Trustwood is a relaxed country garden, a haven for wildlife with emphasis on British native trees planted along the drive, the use of insect friendly plants and wildlife ponds. Briarfield is home to many unusual plants, some available in the plant sale at the house.
