Aldersbrook Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Three town gardens situated in the Aldersbrook Estate between Wanstead Park and Wanstead Flats. 19 Belgrave Road is a diverse garden. Eclectic and bursting at the seams with trees and plants. Gill is a ceramicist who uses the plants in her garden studio. 39 Dover Road has a surviving Edwardian layout with mature trees (inc a female Ginkgo biloba) and shrubs. 16 Wanstead Park Avenue is a cottage garden with mixed planting irrigated by a grey water system.
