London Fields Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
A fascinating and very diverse collection of gardens in London Fields within easy walking distance of each other. At 84 Lavender Grove there are twin south facing gardens, a courtyard with a tropical backdrop, and a highly scented, romantic cottage garden. At 36 Malvern Road you will find a little gem of rills and mirrors and forest pansy trees. 92 Middleton Road is elegant and serene with a circular theme inc roses, acers and examples of stone lettering. At 84 Middleton Road lies an unusually large secret garden where you can wander down meandering woodland paths and forget you are in London. The other two are north facing with much the same space but totally different styles.
