12 acres of garden surrounding the Old Vicarage in Frensham. The garden consists of 2 acres of herbaceous borders and lawns adjacent to the house. Steep slopes lead to the less formal grounds with large pond and the River Wey. Mown paths cut through the water meadows and small woodland.
