Mixed colourful formal planting to the rear of the house leading to a gravel yard with drought tolerant borders and large topiary subjects (topiary award winner). Beyond the farmyard is a wildlife pond, kitchen garden and wildflower orchard with a rose walk. Cut flower area and countryside views. Fairy glade across meadows. Livestock may be present in adjoining fields so regret no dogs.
