C15 fortified manor house (not open) with working moat. 10 acre gardens and 10 acre park surrounding the house. Significant collection of old roses, walled garden, formal garden, marginal planting, ginkgo avenue, viewing mound, moongate, interesting pinetum and terraced garden.
