Historic, listed Oxford College gardens, on a site dating back to C13. Open again after several years of restoration work, with a new 120 metre border by garden designer Chris Beardshaw and other new areas by Head Gardener Kate Burtonwood. The park-like front quadrangle has mature specimen trees inc Catalpa and Cedrus. Formal courtyards house seasonal pot displays. New planting areas were created in the Woodland and Library Quad in 2021 following extensive redevelopment of college buildings. The private walled gardens - the President's Garden and Fellows' Garden - will be open for viewing. Please note that this opening is cashless payments only.
