Historic gardens at a Medieval hall nestled in tranquil location and sheltered by an ancient oak woodland. Strong structure with formal and informal areas. Early walled gardens, restored Elizabethan parterre, ornamental kitchen garden, subtropical planting and orangery. 1½ acre orchard of old (many local) varieties. Young arboretum and meadow looking towards grist mill.
