4 acres of formal and informal gardens within a 25 acre stud farm. A formal rose garden with fountain, a walled herbaceous border with windows through which to admire the views and horses, two rock gardens, and hot plant terrace. Small lake with Monet style bridge and pergola. Several neo-classical follies and statues. A planted woodland area with a winding path.
