Approx 1 acre of gardens, inc herbaceous beds, shrubs, trees, semi formal garden, roses, oxbow pond with planted banks and thatched summerhouse with Yorkstone patio. Tree lined river walk runs the length of the garden, leading to shrubbery. Also lawns and paved areas with planted containers. Far reaching views from 2 acres of paddocks, with Jacobs sheep and rare breed chickens.
