Alverton Cottage is a Grade II listed Regency house. The garden is modest in size though large for a Penzance garden, south facing and sheltered by mature trees. There is a large monkey-puzzle tree, a holm oak and many other trees. The garden was laid out in the 1860s, we have added succulents, a wildlife pond, a fernery, magnolias and have cleared and replanted since 2013.
