Altons and Honeystreet Open Gardens Festival

We hope you can join us for the return of our Special Fundraising event. We have twelve lovely gardens open across our three closely knitted villages and look forward to welcoming you to spend the day with us.
In addition to exploring our inspirational trail of cottage and Manor Gardens, be sure to cross the meadows to enjoy the wonderful array of repertoire by ‘Music for Awhile’ performed in the historic Church of All Saints, in aid of the Roof Appeal. The beautiful Saxon Church of St Mary’s will also be open.
There will be refreshments along the trail including teas, cakes and ploughman lunches. Alternatively bring your own picnic to enjoy in a pretty canal side cottage garden where you can also choose your own topping for a ‘hands on’ pizza oven experience.
Interesting stands along the garden trail including Plant Stalls, an eclectic mix of Gardenalia, freshly picked Cut Flower Bouquets and Handmade locally produced Ice creams by Lacock Dairy. Vintage car rides between the villages (by donation).

Proceeds from the event go towards the maintenance of the Coronation Hall which supports community events, the All Saints Roof Appeal (following the left of its lead roof in 2015) and to Prospect Hospice which provides much valued end-of-life care services in the local community.
