Ullesthorpe Windmill, which dates back to about 1800, will be open to visitors from 11am to 4pm for the day. Although without sails now, the windmill tower contains a lot of fascinating old machinery. There are also interesting outbuildings - which were for the horse and cart, pig sties etc. Knowledgeable guides will be on hand to explain all this, as well as the rather intriguing history of the mill business. Entry is free.
