eat:Taunton
Join us for a delicious day out at eat:Taunton food and drink festival. It's planned for Saturday 10th May. Designed to celebrate all the fantastic makers, growers and creatives on our doorstep here in Somerset. The festival will take place on Saturday May 10th, between 10 and 4pm all around Taunton Minster, Hammett Street and East Street.
Delivered by the award-wining eat:Festivals whose aim is to highlight the best of the area's outstanding food and drink producers, as well as traditional crafts people, by creating a fantastic open-air event where people can enjoy delicious locally produced food and drink of Somerset.
There will be over 70 local producers including farmers market favourites such as local ales, ciders and wine, bread cakes and pies plus street food, spirits and charcuterie, plus music and street entertainers. There will be places to sit so that you can linger and enjoy fabulous foods in excellent company.
Traffic diversions on the day will be in place in the town from 7am to 7pm and the event runs from 10 - 4pm and is free to attend.
eat:Taunton is Dog friendly and the whole family are welcome and it will be fully accessible for buggies, scooters and pushchairs.
