About this Event
Stanway Fete
A traditional Summer Fete in the beautiful Water Gardens of Stanway House. Stanway House can be accessed from either the B4632 through Stanton or from the B4077 through Stanway. Attractions include a Brass Band, Morris Men, Teas, Ice Creams, Stalls, Games and other attractions. Stanway House is described in Fodor's Guide as perfect and pretty a Cotswold manor house as anyone is likely to see.
The 14th century water garden has the tallest single jet, gravity-fed fountain in Europe which can be seen during the Fete.
Please be aware that parking is in a field. Parking for those displaying blue disabled badges is very limited, so would advise getting there early to ensure a space with easier access to the venue.
Stanway House will not be open to visitors on this day.
This event raises funds for the local school and churches and other participating not for profit interests in the community.
