Our speaker tonight is Steve Fielding, a well known author who specialist in Crime and punishment, and this talk covers some Victorian crimes and their punishment.
Lancashire Murders and Hangmen: The Hangman’s Record, Crime and Punishment in Lancashire 1868 – 1964.
Refreshments will be available following the talk, drinks and wrapped biscuit for 50p.
Raffle tickets are 50p each, and items offered as raffle prizes are always welcome.
