Professional Forager Sam Webster was a secondary school pe and food tech teacher for 10 years before discovering she could teach her true passion- foraging.
Sam has been teaching about wild food since 2017 and can offer a range of public, private and corporate events. Sam has knowledge of edible plants, mushrooms, trees, poisonous species, coastal species and some herbal knowledge too.
Sam is also a big foodie and loves to cook for people, sharing recipes and tasters on her walks and cooking a meal at the end of her forage and fest walks
