Welcome to Kettering u3a (tag line - Learn, Laugh, Live) a branch of The Third Age Trust. Membership of a u3a is open to all in their third age, which is defined not by a particular age but by a period in life in which full time employment has ceased.
Here at the Kettering u3a we cater for a variety of interest groups ranging fom physical activities, e.g. walking and gardening, to the more relaxed e.g. learning a language, lunch club, musical circles, family history, knitting, singing and many more.
Each month there is a main meeting with interesting guest speakers and an opportunity to have a FREE cup of tea/coffee and see which of the numerous interest groups may attract you. You have a chance to sign up to interest groups and outings to places of interest and just "nice days out".
