Widnes Wild Ice Hockey Club

Who are the Widnes Wild? We're an ice hockey club based at the Planet Ice rink in Widnes, in the North West of England. We play in the English Ice Hockey Association's NIHL North 1 league.
The club was founded in 2013 and, since that time, has won the following 7 trophies, including League, Playoff & Knockout Cup!

The Wild club also has a Ladies team who play in the Women’s National Ice Hockey league (WNIHL) and who were Division 1 North champions in the 2019/20 season.

The Wild Junior Academy operates teams at Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 & Under 18 competition levels and also offers “Learn to Play” and “Hockey Excellence” courses for beginners and improvers of all ages.
