Middlewich and District Concerts Society

The society was founded in 1990 with the aim of promoting the performance of classical music in Middlewich. For most of these concerts professional musicans are engaged, but the society also encourages younger musicians to gain experience of playing chamber music to an audience. There are five or six concerts in the season, which extends roughly from October to May. Concerts are held in the Middlewich Community Centre, best accessed from the Civic (Victoria Hall) car park (CW10 9BX). This has a good acoustic and provides an intimate atmosphere.
