Heritage Open Day: St. Georges Theatre, King Street, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2PG.

Come and visit St. George's Theatre, a beautiful Grade 1 listed building. The former Chapel built in 1715, has been transformed into a working Community Theatre. St. Georges Theatre, King Street, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2PG

This beautiful Grade 1 listed building celebrates and utilizes the unique features of the venue as a Community Theatre .
All the shows produced work differently in the space, with some traditional plays being presented on stage, some in the round, on the main floor and some on the balconies! The annual Pantomime is written and produced specifically for St. George's Theatre. The show incorporates all the areas of this heritage building, making them part of the action and set.
