Health & Wellbeing Talk - Living with Dementia
Come and join us on Thursday 24th April at 1.15pm to learn about Living with Dementia with Fern Overton, Director at Affinity Day Care. Fern will be on hand to answer any question you may have about living with Dementia. The event is free to attend, but we ask that you reserve your space so we ensure we have enough refreshments in!
